Returns & Exchanges
Return Window & Eligibility
You may return or exchange most regularly priced, unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must include original tags and packaging. Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please visit our Return Center on the website to initiate your return or exchange. You will be asked for your order number (found on your packing slip or order confirmation email). Once your request is approved, a return authorization and instructions will be provided. For U.S. orders, approved returns will include a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically covered when you use the return label provided for U.S. orders. If you opted to include “Redo Free Returns” at checkout, your return shipping label cost is included; this option cannot be removed once the order is placed. If you did not select free returns, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original method of payment for eligible returns. If you requested a store credit, a credit equal to the full value of the returned item will be issued and can be used on future purchases; store credit does not expire.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style, exchanges will be shipped within 1–3 business days after your return is received and processed, subject to availability.
Returning a Gift
You may return a gift by selecting the “Return a Gift” option in the Return Center. A return shipping label will be provided, and upon completion, you will receive confirmation for the replacement order if applicable.
In-Person Returns
If you are located near our Los Angeles studio in Elysian Valley, you may return or exchange your order in person. Please email us at hello@ozmaofcalifornia.us in advance so we can assist you with the in-store process.
International Returns
International returns on eligible items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping your return to us using a preferred carrier that provides tracking. We recommend insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages in transit. Original shipping charges and local import costs are non-refundable.
Return Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above.
