Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles studio. Please allow up to 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods, holidays, or major sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250. For orders under $250, a standard shipping fee of $9.00 applies. Expedited shipping options with calculated rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. After your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days depending on the carrier and your delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using UPS, DHL Worldwide Express, and USPS International Priority Mail where available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated international delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
International customers should be aware that additional customs fees may be charged by local authorities upon delivery. To estimate potential charges, enter the product’s harmonized code 620449 at an import duty calculator prior to purchase. If a package is refused and returned, any return costs will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and accurate. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has begun processing. Delivery issues such as carrier delays or misrouting are outside of our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package where possible.
